Ingredion Launches New GOS Prebiotic Ingredient

The introduction of BIOLIGO galacto-oligosaccharides provides infant formula, functional food, beverage, and dietary supplement manufacturers with a new safe, high-quality source of prebiotic soluble fiber to enhance the nutritional profile of their products.

BIOLIGO™ GL 5700 IMF is made from food grade lactose, it is in the form of a syrup and contains a minimum of 57% GOS (dry basis).
