Premium dairy ingredients essentials: we offer a wide range of high-end basic dairy ingredients such as skim milk powder, buttermik powder, whey powder and complex formulations.

Epiprot: Our Epiprot range features dairy proteins ranging from caseins and caseinates to milk protein concentrates (MPC). Our caseinates are used both by food manufacturers for their outstanding texturizing properties : emulsifying, stabilizing, foaming and thickening. Our MPCs are produced through an exclusive cold filtration process which minimizes denaturation, thus preserving the native proteins.

Epilac: range of all-natural premium fermented powders, featuring yogurt, quark and fermented milk powders. Easy to implement, these exclusive ingredients are designed to enhance both texture and taste in a wide range of food matrixes, providing a strong yet pleasant dairy flavors as well as natural acidity to your finish products

Dairy proteins for high protein, low fat offerings

23 Jan 2019 --- At HiE 2018 in Frankfurt, Germany, Nutrition Insight spoke with Mathieu Lucot of EPI Ingredients about the company's SoBenefik concept. SoBenefik offers a creamy, indulgent mouthfeel and delivers on the healthy attributes: high-protein, low fat and rich in native calcium. It offers the additional benefit of supplying about 30 percent of the calcium RDA per 100g, according to the company.
